Installation Context
Betaqua Ultrafiltration systems are typically installed indoors or under a sheltered structure with adequate ventilation. The footprint of a mid-range unit (10-50 m³/h) is approximately 3×2 metres, excluding chemical cleaning tanks. Required utilities include three-phase 380 V power, a feed water supply at minimum 2 bar pressure, and a drain line for backwash flows of approximately 5-10% of production volume. Installation is carried out by Beta Pramesti Asia technicians from the Cikupa, Tangerang workshop, typically completed within 3-5 working days including commissioning and operator training. The system integrates with a pre-configured PLC panel providing automated scheduled backwash, CEB (Chemically Enhanced Backwash), and optional remote alarm via integrated modem.
