The Manual Screen is used for manual cleaning and is ideal for coarse filtration of wastewater treatment plant inlets or food industry outlets.
The screen consists of a wall-mounted stainless steel frame with a screening area in the center. The frame is installed in the channel at an angle of inclination (typically 60° - 80°); wastewater passes through the screening area (bars) and impurities are retained.
As needed, the operator should periodically remove accumulated material using a rake.
