No. User count is only an early estimate. Final selection needs the flow profile, wastewater sources, BOD, COD, TSS, ammonia, oil and grease, effluent target, site conditions, and operating hours.
Does the STP package include civil works and installation?
The boundary must be confirmed in the quotation. Foundations, excavation, lifting, interface pipework, cabling, ventilation, utilities, installation, commissioning, and training can sit under different parties on each project.
